Refunds Policy
Cancellation Policy – In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 2008 consumers have the right to cancel purchases within 10 business days. Services shall commence immediately upon payment processing, and the date of purchase shall serve as the official start date of the course. 1.Registration Fee – A reasonable portion (up to 50%) of the registration fee will be withheld for administrative costs in case of cancellation within 10 days. 2.Module Fee – If module materials have been sent via email or courier, a reasonable fee will be charged, reflecting the value of the module and costs incurred, in case of cancellation within 10 days. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. No refunds will be given after 10 days. Course Transfer Policy – Students can transfer funds paid within 4 months of receiving the first module. Transfers requires re-registration. Fee applicable is R875. Delivery Fees – Hard copy delivery via The Courier Guy is R190 VAT inclu. per module. Module Deadlines – Module Completion-Maximum 4 months to complete and submit a module. – Extensions may be requested; approval at college discretion. Registration Lapse – Registration is deemed lapsed if more than 4 months pass since registration without work submission or since last marked submission. Student will be required to reregister for the course at a fee of R875. Pricing and Payment – Module prices subject to change. Changes to Terms – Pet Sense College reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
